Initial Assessment (Personalized Learning)
An objective, comprehensive Initial Assessment determines strengths and weaknesses of each student at enrollment.
Once the Initial Assessment is taken, a personalized study program is generated by the PALS proprietary diagnostic system based on the test results.
The goal of the Initial Assessment is to provide students and instructors with a great starting point.
It is administered not only when a student first enters the program but also when the student advances to the next grade level.
Interim Test (Adaptive Learning)
Each student's progress is monitored with the weekly Interim Test to ensure they have learned and retained the essential skills from the previous week.
Based on the proficiency, students may be given additional practice questions or proceed to the next set of skills.
